Owner understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale of above listed items. Owner acknowledges that Triple Seven Auction Company is not responsible for any physical damages, loss, or mechanical failure which might occur to the item while in their possession. Owner hereby warrants that the above described property is free and clear of all LEINS, MORTGAGES OR ANY OTHER ENCUMBERANCES and that Triple Seven Auction Company is authorized to act as selling agent at a public auction. The company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE to pay the owner for any item a bidder may bid on and not pay for. Owner will present Triple Seven Auction Company with any titles or licenses necessary for transfer of item. If there is a breach of contract, owner agrees to pay company commission and advertising costs on said item. Owner agrees to have equipment at sale site ten (10) days prior to sale and agrees to remove any unsold items from sale premises within five (5) days after the sale unless other arrangements have been made with Triple Seven Auction Company at time of sale.
